Sleep can have Hygiene? Of course it can! Hygiene is the basic stuff you need to do every day to generally keeps things clean and healthy. It’s like the little habits most of us don’t think twice about until we don’t perform those habits for a while and then we wonder why things are more gross or we are getting sick. Same thing with sleep. There are little habits that help us fall asleep and stay asleep with ease.
