Mental Health

Mental Health is so much more than just “stress management” or “coping”. It’s an exploration of our thoughts, emotions, and their connection to our sense of self and our motivations.

Relationships

We are in Relationships with all the people, systems, and communities around us. So many of us were not taught how to grow nourishing connections. Let’s change that.

Sleep

Sleep isn’t just about the 8 hours you’re “supposed” to get at the end of the day. Sleep is about our ability to rest, recharge, and restore on the physical, mental and spiritual level.

Substances

We consume Substances every day to change the way we feel or the thoughts we think. We’re not just talking drugs or alcohol. We’re also talking tech, caffeine, even music!

Nourishment

This is traditionally thought of as “nutrition”. We changed it to Nourishment. Because that’s what we’re doing here. Nourishing our mind, body, and spirit with food and drink.

Movement

Movement helps us understand our relationship to our physical bodies; these vessels we move through the world in. Think less ableist and more relationship building with yourself.
