Meet our School Communities!
We serve over 2,000 students and families, along with 150 educators, through our comprehensive three-tiered service model. We provide direct support and resources to a diverse population (high trauma and adversity backgrounds), ensuring that each individual receives the care they need.
We provide:
Preventative Social-Emotional Learning that creates significant improvements in emotional knowledge, emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution among students
Over 1,750 hours of direct one-on-one mental health services for high-risk and complex cases.
Educators with the tools and skills necessary to foster a supportive and healthy learning environment
Kids who have a high ACE score are 4x more likely to be in detention, suspended or expelled, 4.5x more likely to use drugs, 6x more likely to have a mental health diagnosis that go untreated. Our programming changes their trajectory.
